Shipping & Handling
*Due to temporary changes in staff and business hours, orders may take up to 3 business days to ship out.
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx to locations within the United States and U.S. Territories. For customers with PO Box addresses, please include your PO Box in the shipping address to ensure delivery of your order. Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days*, and transit time will vary from 3-5 business days based on location. Please allow additional transit time for U.S. Territories and Overseas Military Mail.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that are returned to us due to an insufficient address, unclaimed package, refusal of delivery, or other reason for non-delivery. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for orders that are re-shipped.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. We accept items that are unopened and in good condition. We may not accept items that have been used or opened, unless received damaged or defective. If the reason for the return is a result of our error, return shipping is free. Otherwise, return shipping fees will apply and would be deducted from your refund amount.
To request a return, please visit your account Orders page to locate your order, and select Request Return. You can also contact us to request a return. Please mention your order number, item description, and reason for the return. Upon authorization of your return, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. You should expect to receive a refund within 1-2 weeks of shipping your return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of pre-order items. Returns of pre-order items that are accepted may be subject to a restocking fee.
